Is your product made of sterling silver?
The entire product of Anya Almira™ is solid Sterling Silver, the international mark for which is 925. This means that the sterling silver has a purity of 92.5%. Consistent with the industry, the remaining 7.5% of our silver is composed of copper, bronze & zinc. We use sterling silver as the base material to work with semi-precious gemstone and other materials, like wood, enamel, and acrylic on the design.
I’m not sure of my ring size. How can I order the right size?
Generally, a band 1/4” or wider will require a half size larger than you usually wear. Rings that are tapered fit your normal ring size. To determine your exact size, please check our ring chart in every product page. If you would like the ring in any other size, we would love to fabricate it for you. It will take 3-4 weeks from the date of your order, depend on the design.
What should I do if my jewellery is tarnishing?
Our jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver, which means high purity, so it’s not tarnish easily. We provide you some tips to keep your jewellery stay shiny and every purchase will come with a silver polishing cloth.
Is the same design used for various products?
Each design is been made in limited quantity, however we will remake for customer who request for different size (for ring) or modification. For the same design, it might not look exactly the same because our products are made by hand.
What are my payment options?
We receive Paypal™ (most preferably) and Bank Transfer.
We use Paypal™ for your payment option. PayPal™ is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. You just need to enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, please contact PayPal directly for assistance.
Can I cancel an order?
As soon as we receive your order by email, we will start preparing the shipment (for ready made jewellery) or start fabricating your desired jewellery (for custom made jewellery). Therefore, any order is non-cancelable.

How long will my order be shipped?
We ship by registered mail to anywhere in the world. Please allow up to 5 working days for shipping around Asia, 7 working days for shipping to Europe and 10 working days for shipping to the rest of the world. If you can’t wait, express post is available, just contact us for more information.
