Anya Almira™ offers a complete one-year warranty on the whole products. It covers material defects and production faults. If repair is not possible or it deemed too expensive, then we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery or equal-valued jewellery with free of charge.
The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, careless handling and third-party repairs. The warranty is counted from your purchasing date. The items can be returned by post with the invoice number or receipt. If the jewellery is covered by our warranty, then we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
